We offer full service property management. Our property management division will manage your primary or secondary vacation property for you. No worries about making the 3 hour drive or flying into town to check on things... we have you covered. Our staff and partners can manage your home and property at any level you like. We custom quote the level of management you would like us to provide, including daily to monthly walk-troughs, leak inspection, intrusion inspection, temperature control management, storm damage audits, irrigation start/ stop, and anything else that you need attended to. Planning on having guests over to the cottage for the weekend? Call us and we will prep for you and your guests arrival. We will clean the place up, set the temp, and put on a pot of coffee if you like. We are your full service property management group.

Monitoring Services
Lakeshore Property Services will serve as your eyes and ears when you are away from your home. Often homes that are empty for weeks and months at a time are more susceptible to break-ins or theft. A small problem that goes unnoticed and uncorrected will become a big expensive surprise when you arrive weeks or months later. You will enjoy the peace of mind that your property is being carefully looked after by feeling closely connected and up to date with the condition of your property. Your home will be visited weekly, bi-weekly, or different frequencies of your choice. The following actions will be accomplished and a detailed monitoring report with photos will be sent to you via mail or email. If the need arises, you will be contacted based on the severity of the problem to direct any necessary action.

If your home was winterized, you'll find the plumbing system up and on line with hot water ready to use. Your home will be prepared to your exact specifications as if you had shown up a week prior to get it ready yourself! Stop spending the first and last several days of your time at the beach doing home repair and maintenance. When it's time to leave for the season, just leave everything the way it is, and we'll take care of closing down your home and preparing it for the winter season. Pricing for concierge services will vary depending mainly on the size of your home, surrounding property, and the exact services that you choose. Concierge clients have the choice of being billed for Concierge services on the month performed or spreading the cost over the whole year, resulting in the same low price per month.
